How do I pay?

All customer accounts will be set up on a calendar Monthly automatic payment plan using either a Charge Card (credit card) or Pre-Authorized Payment. Electronic payments with online or telephone banking is also available.

PASSWORD - How do I change my own password?

To start: Click on "My Account" (on the left column of the www.recn.ca web site). Type in your "Login" (which is your email address) and your Password. Click the "LOGIN" Button to submit.

On the next screen, click the '+' sign (to the left of My Account in the left column). This will show you a list (below the My Account folder). Click on "Change Password". A grey box will appear on the page.

To update your password:

1. Type your current password in the Password Verification field.

2. Type your new password in the New Password field, and then re-type it in the Retype New Passowrd field.

3. Click OK.

NOTE: The password MUST be 5 to 8 characters long and must contain:

  • At least one Capital Letter
  • At least one Number
  • No spaces
